The hand of chronic disease has reached out to the young

What is a chronic disease? Chronic disease is a general term for a group of diseases that are insidious in origin, long and persistent in duration, lack of precise evidence of infectious biological causes, and have complex etiologies, some of which have not yet been fully identified. Common chronic diseases include cardiovascular diseases, cancer, diabetes, and chronic respiratory diseases, among which cardiovascular diseases include hypertension, stroke, and coronary heart disease.

Chronic diseases usually occur in older people over 60 years old, but with the development of society and changes in lifestyle, some diseases that are more and more common in the elderly population are more and more common in young people, with young people aged 30-40 as the main group. So what are the causes, and what can we do to avoid these chronic diseases from happening to us?

1. Stroke: Due to irregular diet, the young population with three highs is also becoming more and more congested, and anyone suffering from three highs, heart disease, excessive alcohol consumption, smoking, etc. Is a potential group of people who may have a stroke. Therefore, the emphasis on office work-oriented young people to increase exercise, healthy diet, reduce the appearance of overeating.

2, myocardial infarction: originally a disease that is more prevalent in older groups, is now also becoming younger, especially myocardial infarction, young people are now under great pressure, less activity every day, coupled with unhealthy diet and lifestyle leading to elevated blood lipids, the formation of vascular plaque, the condition is now a trend of myocardial infarction younger. Young people must pay attention to medical checkups and improve their poor lifestyles to avoid myocardial infarction.

Other diseases that are getting younger and younger include fatty liver, diabetes, kidney disease, etc. I would like to remind you that in order to reduce the risk of these diseases, healthy living is fundamental and cannot be overemphasized. Start with "food", less oil and salt, more vegetables and fruits, regular work and rest is the key; never use mobility tools if you can open your legs, and exercise for half an hour every day.
