Eat too salty

For patients with renal failure, it is more important to strictly limit protein intake to reduce the burden on the kidneys.

Suggestion: try to meat less vegetarian, chicken, pork or fish meat, choose one or two courses is good.

Renal failure of friends should pay more attention to the intake of high quality protein, reduce the intake of vegetable protein, lean meat, milk, eggs, soy milk, do not eat nuts and soy foods such as tofu, tofu, etc..

Love to eat too oily, too sweet food

Eating seafood and drinking beer is a great pleasure in life, but if you eat a large amount of purine-containing food for a long time, uric acid will easily accumulate in your body, leading to the occurrence of gout.

Suggestions: animal offal, chicken, duck, fish, seafood, broth containing purine is high, usually eat in moderation, for high uric acid friends should eat less or even not.

Less movement, sedentary
